Like (deprecated template usage) Hogwarts above, this needs proper citations meeting CFI. The fact that a particular fictional villain has been mentioned in other texts does not make it dictionary-worthy. We don't have Sherlock Holmes' nemesis (deprecated template usage) Moriarty, for example, and we shouldn't — unless there is a demonstrable generic sense. One other use I have seen for "Voldemort" is about Voldemort types in the D programming language, which can be used but cannot be named; I don't know if there are other uses like that. --Zzo38 (talk) 22:17, 4 September 2021 (UTC)[reply]
