Rfv-sense. afrikanų is the genitive plural of afrikanas (Afrikaner), as substantiated by , VLE, lt.WP. Therefore, afrikanų kalba means Afrikaans language (literally: language of the Afrikaners), cf. anglų kalba (English language), lietuvių kalba (Lithuanian language), etc. But I don't think afrikanų by itself is a lemma form.
