- @Mar vin kaiser: It's an old idea by David Zorc (see here), but he is more careful in considering it just a possibility. I think we should combine the old version and @Kwékwlos' new one by saying that apoy is either directly inherited or borrowed (= "indirectly inherited"). –Austronesier (talk) 21:27, 1 July 2022 (UTC)
