Isn’t there a difference between “bottoms up” and “cheers” in that the first is an invitation to finish one’s drink while the second is just an invitation to start to drink? MuDavid 栘𩿠 (talk) 09:20, 4 April 2022 (UTC)[reply]

I don't think "bottoms up" means you have to finish the drink. Any drinking at all involves lifting up the bottom of the glass. Equinox 09:30, 4 April 2022 (UTC)[reply]
