Error for "foundation"?

[edit]

At least two of the citations look like probable errors for foundation. The other one (living in the boundation) might also suggest foundation (of a house), like a basement dweller...? Equinox 07:32, 29 December 2021 (UTC)Reply

@Equinox: I myself have happened across misspellings of foundation when researching the term and wondered if that was all I was finding, but I am now fairly confident it is a term in its own right. See these Quora and Answers.com discussions supporting the terms existence, which may also help in writing a definition for it, [1], [2], [3]. My interest in the term was sparked by User:Svartava's use of it in discussion at Wiktionary:Votes/2021-12/Deleter role. He may be able to speak more to the term's existence and meaning. —The Editor's Apprentice (talk) 07:46, 29 December 2021 (UTC)Reply
