New broader sense?[edit]

The programmer's editor VS Code is now using "breadcrumbs" to show the hierarchical location of an element of source code, along the lines of class > function > variable. While this looks like the breadcrumbs on a Web page (shop > new products > fashion) it is neither on a Web page nor made of Web hyperlinks. Equinox ◑ 16:15, 15 November 2018 (UTC)[reply]
