Two other rare meanings that I have not been able to attest:
1) A rough wooden cup. Found 1 cite (on citations page).
2) A cart on runners that tips up to empty its contents, used in coal-mining (found in old dictionaries, but no actual usages).

James Wraith wrote in a comment at https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=brTMWgE-m6w that "cowp" in the North Riding Yorkshire dialect means "trade" (verb) and was borrowed from the Norse word "cowp" which means the same thing ("to exchange, trade"). 2600:1000:B12B:24B:C66D:AB21:B40B:4CDE 02:25, 5 December 2022 (UTC)
