@Imetsia They literally translate to "first sound shift" (closest English analogy is first Germanic consonant shift) and "second sound shift" (closest English analogy is second Germanic consonant shift). So it certainly is more contextual than the other entries. The first one applies to all of Germanic, the second only to High German. Whether the term being in German is sufficient context to deduce that the sound laws affect Germanic and High German is going to be a matter of debate, but I doubt that the entries would be deleted in RFD. ←₰-→ Lingo Bingo Dingo (talk) 15:16, 6 June 2021 (UTC)[reply]
