In parts of the UK this seems to be slang for stealing or muscling in on another person's romantic partner. e.g. from Twitter "some girl gegging on my boys"; also some woman in The Only Way is Essex said it. Equinox ◑ 04:43, 23 December 2014 (UTC)Reply
