Look at the Turkish word Korku/Gorku which means fear, From the root kork-/gork- meaning to be afraid, to fear. Korkunç/Gorkunç means grim, horrible, terrible ---- Uzunbacak Adem

The word Gorgo is already attested in Homer and Hesiod... ←₰-→ Lingo Bingo Dingo (talk) 13:24, 6 December 2020 (UTC)Reply
That a language is not attested on a paper or a stone, doesn't mean that this language did not exist. Sometimes it is too easy for the Western Linguists to discredit any language, because it is not attested anywhere UzunbacakAdem (talk) 09:41, 31 May 2023 (UTC) Uzunbacak AdemReply

Possible Sanskrit root

[edit]

Isn't the Sanskrit word garjana (गर्जन), not garğ? 173.88.246.138 01:27, 27 June 2021 (UTC)Reply

Attempt to add a title to the top comment on this "Discussion" page

[edit]

I just attempted to add a title heading to the top comment on this "Discussion" page (which lacked one, and needed one), and my edit was immediately reverted as "harmful" to our project. That's extremely obnoxious and insulting; please fix this problem. 173.88.246.138 01:29, 27 June 2021 (UTC)Reply
