Both sections, English and French. - -sche (discuss) 04:53, 10 March 2012 (UTC)Reply

I've deleted the French section as RFV-failed; I could find no evidence to support it. I'm withdrawing my RFV of the English sections, as the term does seem to be attested with a non-SOP meaning (served on a slice of bread, with pickles)... unlike its cousin, hot hamburger. - -sche (discuss) 07:03, 17 April 2012 (UTC)Reply
