Not sure what this means but it is in the Maori index. "reo" means "language" though. — Hippietrail 00:57, 15 Jun 2004 (UTC)
- Googling shows that literally it means "language nest" [1] [2] and that it appears to be, among other things, a kind of immersion school where children learn Maori language and culture [3]. —Muke Tever 22:27, 15 Jun 2004 (UTC)
- Also it appears to be properly spelled kōhanga reo and thus doesn't belong here (unless we are using it as an English word, in which case the macron would be optional, as in w:Kohanga reo.) —Muke Tever 22:29, 15 Jun 2004 (UTC)
