Distinction between Two Pronunciations

[edit]

@Ysrael214 I was wondering where you got two pronunciations with different definitions. I was also wondering the difference between "preservation of fruits" and "act of preserving fruits". Seems identical. Mar vin kaiser (talk) 02:08, 18 October 2023 (UTC)Reply

@Mar vin kaiser I think this one is from kwfdiksiyonaryo.ph but given that the verb conjugations are ultimate stress, there must be kusilbá instead. Kulsibá is the process, kusílba is the output of the preservation. Will add sources below but feel free to edit. Ysrael214 (talk) 02:59, 18 October 2023 (UTC)Reply
@Ysrael214: Is it possible that this word is just like the word kunwari where without affixes, it has penultimate stress, but with affixes, it has ultimate stress? --Mar vin kaiser (talk) 03:28, 18 October 2023 (UTC)Reply
@Mar vin kaiser This is ultimate stress in Laktaw though in the root. Ysrael214 (talk) 03:31, 18 October 2023 (UTC)Reply
@Mar vin kaiser Looking back, I think kwfdiksiyonaryo.ph is wrong with kusílba because I never heard it as kusílba, only kusilbá and videos I find only say kusilbá. Ysrael214 (talk) 09:07, 18 October 2023 (UTC)Reply
