Quoth Webster 1913: "Applied to boiled potatoes cut into small pieces and heated in oil or butter. They are usually flavored with onion and parsley." So it agrees about the onions, but doesn't give them centre-stage. Equinox 01:18, 14 October 2011 (UTC)Reply
