- Now adequately cited (three uses, plus one mention that attests to the non-nonce-ness of the term). Seemingly quite rare, and perhaps dated. Presumably tied to small-minded; "stupid" might not be the best gloss. —RuakhTALK 18:56, 21 June 2007 (UTC)
