Alternative meanings

There are at least three alternative meanings: for the first two see wikipedia:talk:Out-of-pocket expenses, the third is in gaming, referring to cash (or cash equivalents) out of one's pocket, as opposed to from one's stack of chips (or cash) at table. Rich Farmbrough

Also possibly AAVE for a person's bad behaviour?

Seen again on Reddit: "I love confession subs since they’re always so crazy and out of pocket. But, I keep seeing these posts blatantly making fun of trans people and shit."
