Accusative singulars of phrasis are "phrasin" (from Greek) and "phrasim" (Latin), and "phrasem" seems to be an wt creation.
More generally, phrasis needs a cleanup, and similar entries such as analysis, synthesis (should) also need a cleanup, and syntaxis, diaeresis, synaeresis need an inflection table. -84.161.12.16 17:20, 16 August 2015 (UTC)

I am sorry to inform the IP that Wiktionary in fact covers all of Latin, not just classical Latin, and phrasem has seen much use in more modern Latin texts. I don't feel like typing up all the cites, but anyone can look at google books:"phrasem" "quoque" and see that what I say is abundantly true. —Μετάknowledge^{discuss/deeds} 17:01, 17 August 2015 (UTC)

Yeah, that form is attestable and en.wt is non-prescriptive. But one could still add notes stating something like "phrasem" is non-classical (if it isn't classical Latin but Late or New Latin) or it is incorrect according to some grammarians (if one can quote grammarians stating that). I don't know whether or not any grammarian explicitly said something like "phrasem" is incorrect, but indirectly some said so by only mentioning "phrasim"/"phrasin". -84.161.9.65 00:42, 21 August 2015 (UTC)
