Talk:prion

Causes all kinds of stuff, IMO no point in highlighting one and only one. The main thing about prions was also deleted, "Unlike other known life forms". Oh well, I'm not losing any sleep over it. It just occurred to me that spongiform enceph. is a big deal in UK, so, I can live with the revert but Semper must have seen my point or I'd have been feeling it.

"Six of one and half dozen of the other." Could just as easily have inserted "such as spongiform...etc." but I'll let someone else do it or propose it later. I hate to think that the uniqueness and notability of prions will be lost on vast numbers of wiktionary readers for centuries, but we can't all be up on all these words all of the time.

Wonderfool's pronunciation doesn't match IPA[edit]

We have /ˈpɹiːɒn/, /ˈpɹaɪən/. He says /ˈpɹiːən/. Equinox 21:37, 1 December 2021 (UTC)[reply]

So tell them to record it again. Wonderfool notoriously sucks at pronunciation Notusbutthem (talk) 23:31, 1 December 2021 (UTC)[reply]
