This Dutch verb is definitely from German, see ETYMOLOGIEBANK.NL. see also here: https://nl.wiktionary.org/wiki/roetsjen (if the word was a native Dutch word, it'd be more like rutsen, certainly not roetsjen - actually, the Middle Dutch forms of the word are rutsen, rutselen; see etymologiebank/P.A.F. van Veen en N. van der Sijs (1997), Etymologisch woordenboek: de herkomst van onze woorden, 2e druk, Van Dale Lexicografie, Utrecht/Antwerpen) Wathiik (talk) 09:33, 19 November 2020 (UTC)[reply]
