Talk:sand lark

Our definition reflects Wikipedia's, i.e. an Asian bird. But Chambers 1908 defined it as "a wading-bird that runs along the sand; a sandpiper" (two separate senses, I think) and the Scottish sandy laverock suggests there is a non-Asian bird by this name. Equinox ◑ 20:39, 27 July 2019 (UTC)
