Also UK childish insult?
[edit]In the UK, supposedly also a childish/playground insult like spacker (from spastic), since the Spastics Society changed its name to Scope. This is mentioned in a few books but it's hard to find actual usage. Equinox ◑ 22:00, 30 November 2019 (UTC)
