Some of the citations on the citations page seem to be using this within Latin phrases, so not technically in English. Equinox 23:56, 23 November 2014 (UTC)Reply

Well, I'm pretty sure that concepts in Pump Engineering or Obstetrics are not old enough to have any bonafide Latin usage. Certainly, "septuplex pump" has established modern usage in English in the field of Petroleum Engineering-- I'm sure one could find sufficient citations using that phrase alone. But I'll defer to a more experienced wiktionarian on what, if anything, should be changed about the entry. Origamidesigner (talk) 00:15, 24 November 2014 (UTC)Reply
Yep, seems to be mainly about pumps. I just added two more citations, one of which appears to describe a Thomas Edison patent for a telegraph. Neat! Equinox 00:16, 24 November 2014 (UTC)Reply
It means there are seven identical items combined into one unit. 2600:6C60:4D00:C5D9:AD34:26D3:43A0:6BBD 20:09, 18 May 2022 (UTC)Reply
