@Ultimateria: Yes, I would say it's SOP. I also don't know what sense of "drifter" is being used, although I can't see any evidence for the term meaning anything outside of "blizzard." Imetsia (talk) 17:37, 29 January 2023 (UTC)

  “Tempête de grêle” is the caption of the first illustration at the entry grêle in the French Wiktionary. The term is common in news sources, and tempête de pluie is even more common.  --Lambiam 14:30, 23 February 2023 (UTC)
