It doesn't mean anything. The Spanish word is tostón. Apparently someone assumed that the plural tostones had to have come from adding an "s" to *tostone. The actual suffix is -ón, but I don't see any definition there that looks like a good fit. Chuck Entz (talk) 06:07, 29 May 2021 (UTC)Reply
