vitamin R

Can the label "pejorative" be used for something that is not a person or animal? Ritalin is hardly likely to feel offended at being called vitamin R.

Of course, the person taking Ritalin (especially for true ADHD) could be very offended by the jocular use of "vitamin R", but I don't think that even merits mention in a usage note. The "jocular" tag includes usage in bad or insulting jokes. DCDuring TALK 16:36, 3 May 2008 (UTC)[reply]
