The following information has failed Wiktionary's deletion process (permalink).
It should not be re-entered without careful consideration.
I don't think this really exists. "يا محنكش" in Arabic returns less than ten results on Google, and the only result for "ya mohankesh" (the spelling the term was originally added under) is an archive of an older revision of that entry. It's not even clear what مُحَنْكِش (muḥankiš) means -- seems to be something mildly pejorative, but beyond that I can't tell. It doesn't even seem common on its own. M. I.
