Why are there two etymologies??? Tooironic 04:11, 2 February 2010 (UTC)Reply

I tend to just delete the first etymology and change 'Chinese' to 'Cantonese' in the second etymology. Cantonese is a derivative of Chinese. The etymologies just make no sense. JamesjiaoT C 04:23, 2 February 2010 (UTC)Reply
I deleted the first Etymology, which was just a short version of the 2nd. The etymology makes perfect sense - Chinese origin, specifically Cantonese (pronunciation). The paragraph provides pronunciation in both Cantonese and Mandarin - standard Chinese. --Anatoli 04:30, 2 February 2010 (UTC)Reply
