Usage[edit]
This template may be used in Wiktionary entries to format quotations from Robert Boyle's work Essays of the Strange Subtilty, Great Efficacy, Determinate Nature of Effluviums (1st edition, 1673). It can be used to create a link to an online version of the work at Google Books (archived at the Internet Archive).
Parameters[edit]
The template takes the following parameters:
|1=or|title=– mandatory: if quoting from one of the titles indicated in the second column of the following table, give the parameter the value indicated in the first column:

- As "An Advertisement to the Reader" and "The Printer to the Reader" are unpaginated, use
|2=or|page=to specify the "page number" assigned by Google Books to the URL of the webpage to be linked to. For example, if the URL ishttps://books.google.com/books?id=XjBmAAAAcAAJ&pg=PP7, specify|page=7. - The rest of the titles must be specified as the pagination restarts from 1 in each title.
- As "An Advertisement to the Reader" and "The Printer to the Reader" are unpaginated, use
|chapter=–- If quoting from the preface of "New Experiments to Make the Parts of Fire and Flame Stable & Ponderable", specify
|chapter=Preface. As it is unpaginated, use|2=or|page=to specify the "page number" assigned by Google Books to the URL of the webpage to be linked to. - In other cases, use this parameter to specify the chapter number quoted from in uppercase Roman numerals.
- If quoting from the preface of "New Experiments to Make the Parts of Fire and Flame Stable & Ponderable", specify
