Usage[edit]
This template is designed to add fully formatted conjugation tables to Old French verbs ending -eier. This is because there are two stems in the forms, an unstressed ("weak") stem in -ei- (an earlier form of -oi-) and a stressed ("strong") one in -i-. See below for other related templates. It must be used under the level 4 header1 conjugation. It accepts two arguments:
- 1: the stem of the verb minus -ei or -i. The whole verb minus -eier at the end.
- 2: the auxiliary verb, either avoir or estre. The default is avoir.
1 conjugation header is level 5 when there are multiple etymologies for a single word
