Redlinked categories speed entry

As long as I am still creating categories, this much more useful when it creates redlinked categories for the immediate parent category. That saves a significant amount of typing. I am not taking a top-down approach to category creation. I don't believe that anyone requested the no-redlinked categories feature and certainly no one using the templates to create categories.
