Tagged for deletion but not listed.
The current usages hasn't been successfully orphaned and is still heavily used.
At خواننده (خواننده) I noticed one thing the newer template doesn't handle or I don't know how to:
The old template handles well (as a separate consonant) the initial "xw" (خو) + â (ā in the module)
{{fa-IPA/old|xw|ā|n|a|nd|a}} generates correctly /xɒːnænde/ (Iranian Persian) and /xʷɑːndan/ (Classical Persian).
This functionality needs to be brought to the new template Template:fa-IPA with an example. @Benwing2 in reference to "xw" + â we discussed.

{{fa-IPA}}template.
