Template talk:nn-former

I accidentally saved before I could say everything in the edit comments The template should NOT be limited to official forms either. And the non-standard tag is not meant for forms that are not part of the official written standard, but for things that deviates from what could be considered the standard. Landsmål as established by Ivar Aasen was the clear standard, even before it was made official. The non-standard tag should be used for stuff like spellings with ð, á and other weird stuff, not the absolute mainstream of Nynorsk written tradition.

Proposal to change the shape of the template.

Currently, the template is hard to implement in the articles if there is other useful information to add. For instance if the form is dialectal as well.

I'd prefer if it looked like this instead:

(pre-1901 or dialectal) alternative form of ord (“word”)

As it is now, I feel like the former forms get devalued by the phrase form removed, as if they're not Nynorsk any more. It also doesn't work well with the dialectal label, because it could look like the dialect removed the form. In my opinion, a short pre-1901 linking to the reforms page shows more than enough.
