Can/should {{m-f}} and other combinations follow? This applies for example to Category:Greek nouns of common gender. (For Greek nouns these used to be labelled with c, but are now "m and f")

I don't think that would work with the module. The module uses -'s to split different "parts" of what is really a single gender, so it sees "m-p" and it knows to first process "m" and then "p" and then put a space between the results. On the other hand, "m and f" is two genders, and it's split with the word "and". So for such things, we should still use the additional gender parameters, at least for now.
