The goal is to create a gadget which displays popups when hovering over IPA entries. The data displayed would be:
- Name of the sound (e.g. close central unrounded vowel for ɨ)
- A link to an audio file with auto play from within the popup if available.
Look at MediaWiki:Gadget-popups.js for some inspiration.
