Thanks for your offer! Not on the gadget itself, but I wrote some code to decompose IPA characters for another project. I thought it would be easy too but there are some cases like d͡ʒ (Voiced palato-alveolar affricate) which is a combination of 3 separate characters. I'll see if I can port this code to JS.
