I think you're making some mistakes here. "Fall over" is a phrasal verb (I fell over) but "lord it over" is not: in that case, the "over" is a preposition. (He's the one over whom I lorded it. Note how it's separable.) Please check to be sure: phrasal verb. Equinox 22:34, 10 May 2023 (UTC)Reply
