Prophecy (verb)[edit]

Please see the uses of the verb in old books here: it does not seem to appear in newer books: [1] and [2]. Equinox 18:02, 15 July 2014 (UTC)Reply

I see the results of your Google searches for a past participle prophecied and a gerund prophecying. I don't see a WP:RS for "to prophecy (verb)" which for inclusion must be either 1) (by default) a current English usage, or 2) an archaic usage that was proscriptively correct in an era identified by more than "dated". This link searches many dictionaries but finds nouns. 84.209.89.214 17:37, 17 July 2014 (UTC)Reply
Use WT:RFV to challenge it then. Equinox 20:42, 17 July 2014 (UTC)Reply
