@Equinox: I've now added four more citations: one from a song title (the proximate cause of my adding "yarbles" to Wiktionary in the first place, fwiw), plus three text sources, two of which made no explicit reference to A Clockwork Orange whatsoever, instead tacitly assuming that their readers will be familiar with the word's meaning in the sense of "testicles". Based on the prior deletion of the word from Wiktionary—which, of course, I'd seen when I created the page—I appreciate that it seems duly important to demonstrate usage of the word in context(s) beyond mere quotation from, or direct reference to, the book or the movie.
