Hi there.

I don't understand why you're linking ferret and to tidal wave. Is there a reason? — Hippietrail 07:32, 1 Jan 2005 (UTC)

  • I would think the Chinese connection is obvious. Ferrets, of course, startle butterflies, thus bringing Chaos Theory into the equation. The tiny air currents generated affect the prevailing winds, which in turn, either strengthen or oppose the gravitational forces that cause tidal waves. This is perhaps less obvious and a bit controversial, but one can surely not deny the plausibility of ferrets as a chaos factor in the formation of tidal waves.
