American option et al.[edit]
Can this construction be created with any country, or just the ones you have given. What is the difference in meaning between the countries? It seems to me that this is just a meaning of the word option, and the country name is irrelevant? Conrad.Irwin 16:23, 2 June 2008 (UTC)
