York ham

Hi there again. Proper York ham is a proper ham that is sliced on the bone as you buy it. It looks like it might be raw (my mum used to cook it) but is eaten on a plate with potatoes, veg and a sauce. I think that a product of the same name is available presliced in supermarkets and can go into sarnies - it looks like it has been cooked. SemperBlotto (talk) 17:47, 27 May 2012 (UTC)Reply
