Proto languages[edit]

Now that its initial run is done, you should consider using the bot account to update proto languages. Last time you did this under Nadando, but automated rather than manual. Am I right? Mglovesfun (talk) 09:45, 3 August 2010 (UTC)

I think NadandoBot should not change lang=da into lang=Danish, but instead go the other way, according to recent discussions on WT:GP. --LA2 01:57, 19 September 2010 (UTC)

For some reason, your bot does not add " #: " in the beginning of the usex line when you apply it on Finnish entries. See e.g. kiihkeä and kallistua before and after my corrections to your edits. --Hekaheka (talk) 16:18, 12 August 2013 (UTC)

Sorry for a quick verdict. It seems that the entries were messed up already before you added the lang=fi -template. --Hekaheka (talk) 16:24, 12 August 2013 (UTC)

Hi--I think this is user DTLHS's bot, right? If so, I have just added some new Latvian adjective forms at User:Pereru/Adjective forms. Perhaps you could create those form-of pages? Thanks in advance! --Pereru (talk) 04:13, 27 January 2014 (UTC)

Spanish verb forms[edit]

Thanks a lot for the Spanish verb forms! Keep it going! In case you're not sure where to continue, try with [: these] (should all be regular -ar verbs) and [: these]. --Zo3rWer (talk) 11:22, 25 September 2015 (UTC)

A manual list can be found at User talk:BuchmeierBot/FeedMe --Zo3rWer (talk) 16:40, 25 September 2015 (UTC)

Adjectuve forms[edit]

Hey. I noticed a typo in the bot code - adjective, not adjectuve please! WT is no place for slopy tyops. --Zo3rWer (talk) 07:35, 26 September 2015 (UTC)

Your bot and MewBot undoing each other[edit]

See Helsinki. NadandoBot is adding spacing, and MewBot is removing them again. —CodeCat 23:14, 28 October 2015 (UTC)

Your bot is still working counter to the WT:NORM rules, see diff. —CodeCat 15:43, 5 November 2015 (UTC)
Thanks, fixed I think. DTLHS (talk) 18:04, 5 November 2015 (UTC)

Would you like to specify what sort of attention you think this entry requires? --Hekaheka (talk) 11:00, 8 December 2015 (UTC)

Also rautatie. --Hekaheka (talk) 11:03, 8 December 2015 (UTC)
Also დროშა and ავიაკომპანია--DixtosaBOT (talk) 11:27, 8 December 2015 (UTC)
@Hekaheka, @DixtosaBOT I was asked by User:Metaknowledge to tag everything that blocked user Willy2000 had edited. Sorry for the confusion. DTLHS (talk) 15:56, 8 December 2015 (UTC)
Does that mean that I can remove the tag if I think that the entry is correct now? --Hekaheka (talk) 16:45, 8 December 2015 (UTC)
I'm sorry; I meant entries created. He added a bunch of Indonesian interwikis, and those are of course not to be worried about. —Μετάknowledgediscuss/deeds 19:10, 8 December 2015 (UTC)
ავიაკომპანია (aviaḳomṗania) is a case where the entry really did need to be checked, though. —Μετάknowledgediscuss/deeds 19:12, 8 December 2015 (UTC)
I have reverted all the additions of {{attention}} to pages that were already checked or did not need it. —Μετάknowledgediscuss/deeds 19:41, 8 December 2015 (UTC)

Remove rfc-auto[edit]

Hey. Next time you reorder pages like this, it'll be a good idea to remove the rfc-auto tag. --Stubborn Pen (talk) 16:59, 20 December 2015 (UTC)

Yes probably... someone should nominate that template for deletion. DTLHS (talk) 17:11, 20 December 2015 (UTC)

Comma spacing[edit]

I think most of the edits related to comma spacing have been fine (and thanks for cleaning this up), but this one replaced , , with ,,, when it should be replaced with ,. — Eru·tuon 17:25, 11 March 2017 (UTC)

I'll look for double commas separately. In the mean time it's not creating any new problems to change , , to ,,. DTLHS (talk) 17:26, 11 March 2017 (UTC)

Minor edits?[edit]

@DTLHS: Should NadandoBot's edits to rebalance translation tables be marked as minor? They seem like minor edits to me. —Granger (talk · contribs) 21:13, 26 April 2017 (UTC)

I didn't know anyone cared if they were. I can mark them as minor if you wish. DTLHS (talk) 23:05, 26 April 2017 (UTC)
Thanks! I'd appreciate it. Marking them as minor allows users to hide them from the recent changes feed if desired, and it prevents email notifications for users (like me) who have watchlist email notifications enabled. —Granger (talk · contribs) 23:16, 26 April 2017 (UTC)

@DTLHS, I noticed that your bot has commented out about half of this entry in this revision. Please check and correct. BrentDT (talk) 15:52, 27 April 2017 (UTC)

Thanks for letting me know- HTML comments are tricky to deal with and in the future I won't touch any translations that have them. I'll also analyze my edits for this problem. DTLHS (talk) 15:55, 27 April 2017 (UTC)
@DTLHS: It also mangled the markup of a template on at least one occasion. Jarble (talk) 02:51, 5 May 2017 (UTC)
Sorry about that, I will also try to fix this type of error. DTLHS (talk) 03:16, 5 May 2017 (UTC)

Anagram containing equals sign[edit]

Hey, I had to fix a few pages that had module errors because a term contained an equals sign: for instance, see this edit to ECM. This is unlikely to happen very often, if at all, but perhaps you would want to add a rule in the bot's anagram-adding code. — Eru·tuon 22:01, 8 June 2017 (UTC)

Thanks for letting me know. I'll definitely add a rule for that. DTLHS (talk) 23:01, 8 June 2017 (UTC)

Japanese kanji categories[edit]

All wanted categories beginning with "Japanese kanji" should be able to be created with {{autocat}} now. Can NadandoBot do that? — Eru·tuon 05:27, 13 June 2017 (UTC)

Replacing Template:uk-pron[edit]

{{uk-pron}} is quite primitive; it doesn't add the IPA (key) prefix or formatting, so it has to be enclosed in {{IPA}}. I started to replace it with {{uk-IPA}} using AWB, but it's used in 950 or so entries, and that's an awful lot for an AWB run. Would you mind doing it by bot? I do have regex you can use (see below).

Eru·tuon 02:09, 16 June 2017 (UTC)

@Erutuon, done, please review Борис, з'їзд. DTLHS (talk) 03:26, 16 June 2017 (UTC)
That was fast. Thank you so much! Went and fixed those two. — Eru·tuon 03:30, 16 June 2017 (UTC)

Do you know if it is a surname too? Is it of Greek origin? Ze56v (talk) 13:35, 18 June 2017 (UTC)

@Ze56v I don't know. It would be better for you to ask in the tea room. DTLHS (talk) 16:49, 18 June 2017 (UTC)

Anagrams were added to the entry, although the list of anagrams the bot added did not include the glyph £. Is that a possible issue? Eyesnore (talk) 14:57, 28 June 2017 (UTC)

In my code I ignored "£" since it was punctuation. I could do something else with it though. DTLHS (talk) 15:31, 28 June 2017 (UTC)
