Etymology

From Anglo-Norman/Lua error in Module:parameters at line 239: Parameter 2 should be a valid language or etymology language code; the value "ONF." is not valid. See WT:LOL and WT:LOL/E. et al., from Late Latin calceāta or *calciāta, either from calceō/calciō (stamp on, tread), from Latin calx (heel), or from a derivative of calx (limestone). Compare French chaussée, English causeway.
