[edit]- The universal chlorophyll (C55H72MgN4O5) essential to the dominant oxygenic photosynthesis I process, present in all eukaryotes, cyanobacteria, chromists, and prochlorophytes that photosynthesize, and that contributes to the observed green color of these organisms.
