  1. (of a cow) Having angularity in the body, which promotes longevity in milk production.
    • 1992, Guernsey Breeders' Journal, volume 161, page 17:
      Judge Kjome described the first place junior 3-year-old as having the advantage of "dairyness, straightness over the topline, and carrying a higher and wider rear udder" of the three animals in the class.
