1. (informal, somewhat derogatory) The point in time by which it is perceived that a gay man has aged beyond his attractiveness, stereotypically at age 30 or even younger.

2. (slang, offensive) Acquired immune deficiency syndrome, AIDS.

Usage notes

• This concept is associated with the stereotype of gay men frequently lying about their age, in order to delay this "gay death".
