Diminutive of (deprecated template usage) [etyl] Latin glomus ball.

Noun

glomerule (plural glomerules)

  1. (botany) A head or dense cluster of flowers, formed by condensation of a cyme, as in the flowering dogwood.
  2. (anatomy) A glomerulus.
