1. The state or quality of being heartful.
2. A form of meditation practice which features the use of pranahuti or yogic transmission and the cleaning of impressions (called samskaras).

     In Heartfulness, however, because of the effectiveness of Pranahuti, Samadhi may be experienced by beginners, so the normal sequence does not necessarily apply. In fact, this is one of the important characteristics of Heartfulness.
