    • 1979, L. R. Heron, W. R. Hill, The Law in Society, page 118:
      A person who lived next door to an iceworks found that the cold generated in the iceworks made his own premises extremely cold. He sued the owners of the iceworks for damages resulting from the loss of heat on his own premises.
