Norwegian Bokmål[edit]
Etymology[edit]
med + skyldig ("co- + guilty")
Adjective[edit]
medskyldig (neuter singular medskyldig, definite singular and plural medskyldige)
- accomplice (the quality of being an)
Usage notes[edit]
Since Norwegian doesn't have a noun for this term, but instead uses an adjective, phrases using the definite articles den and de must be applied, hence the accomplice = den medskyldige and the accomplices = de medskyldige.
